Red has been a very successful color option for Sing A Ma Jigs, and one of the newest members is the Rose Sing A Ma Jig.  This Sing A Ma Jig is joining the successful Original Red and Dark Red colored versions already released.  The Rose version is slightly different in color, and has some different design characteristics when compared to the other red versions.  I think this version is going to be just as successful as the other options that are already released and the Rose Sing A Ma Jigs are going to be very popular with children.

New holiday editions are sometimes added to the Sing A Ma Jig collection, and that would be the case with the 4th of July Sing A Ma Jig, also called the Stars and Stripes Sing A Ma Jig.  I always like seeing special edition or holiday themed releases, and this toy joins the Easter, Christmas and Valentine’s Day Sing A Ma Jigs already released (these holiday themed toys also make me wonder if a Halloween or Thanksgiving version will be released someday?).  For a change of pace or for a special holiday gift, children are really going to like the Stars and Stripes Sing A Ma Jigs.

For the first time in a long time, the Sing A Ma Jigs created a new look with the Aqua Sing A Ma Jigs.  I like the approach of creating something slightly different to give the older Sing A Ma Jigs a new companion.  The basic characteristics that made all of these toys popular are still present, but the new look gives the series something new for children to enjoy.  Because of these nice additions, I predict that the Aqua Sing A Ma Jig will be a popular toy with children and people that already have a collection.

The basic look of the original Sing A Ma Jigs include two long ears, two arms and two legs.   They also have circle eyes and a fun shirt.  The Aqua Sing-A-Ma-Jigs have three short circular ears on the top of the head.  They also have square eyes, and of course the body color is Aqua.  The mouth is Yellow and bright and the shirt is white with pink lines and dots on it.  Overall it’s a really neat looking toy.  I would almost say it has a futuristic look to it, or something of that nature.  Either way, it’s a nice change of pace from the traditional look that can get a little boring if all the toys look that same way.

One of the newest members of the Sing A Ma Jig collection is the Violet Sing A Ma Jigs.  We (the publishers of bestsingamajigblog.com) feel that these newest additions are very nice, because they have a more complete look to them than a lot of the original versions did.  Instead of just having random colored stripes or dots, they have a shirt pattern that looks complete.  If you haven’t start a collection yet, or you want to expand your current Sing A Ma Jig collection, I would highly recommend the Violet Sing-A-Ma-Jig.
